Peter Okoye of P-Square has kicked off his own record label called P-Classic Record, a subsidiary of his company P-Classic Group.
Yesterday, he unveiled the first artist signed to his management, his handsome cousin – Malcolm Obinna Clint Onyeyiri, aka Malcoholic Obinna.

Don Jazzy to work with D’banj to produce songs for his 10th year anniversary

It’s been just over 2 years since one of Nigeria’s best music partnership crashed irrevocably when Don Jazzy and his long-term partner, D’banj decided to go their separate ways in acrimonious circumstances.

Since the controversial break-up, fans of the two music stars, who have both established new labels and made new friends but with contrasting fortunes, have been left wondering if a reunion is ever possible between the self-styled Kokomaster and producer, Don Jazzy.

Well, you might all get to see the duo work together again as D’banj, who is currently in Los Angeles, spoke with Beat FM presenters, Olisa Adibua and Maria Okan via telephone, confirmed that Don Jazzy is producing some songs for him.

According to D’banj: ‘Ten years ago, October 4, 2004 to be precise, I got on stage to perform for the first time and now ten years later D’banj has become a brand. Don Jazzy worked with me from the beginning and I can tell you for sure that my 10thanniversary album will drop soon and there are many producers on it, including Don Jazzy.’

It would be recalled that the two, born as Dapo Daniel Oyebanjo and Michael Collins Ajereh, were responsible for the establishment of Mo’Hits Records, one of Nigeria’s most active labels this decade, founded in 2004 with D’banj as its first recording artist and Don Jazzy as CEO/President with other artists including Wande Coal, Dr SID, D’Prince and K-Switch.

Growing in spread and strength, Mo’ Hits conquered the Nigerian music scene in no time, with several awards, performance deals and endorsements to show for the achievements until April 2012 when it all ended in a bitter feud between two of the most relevant figures in the Nigerian entertainment industry.

A 23-year-old man, who appears to be of Nigerian descent, was arrested on Wednesday, after he jumped over the White House fence.
The man has been identified as Dominic Adesanya, Guardian UK reports.
After he jumped over the fence, he was immediately arrested by secret service agents, with their dogs in tow.
According to reports, footage of the incident shows Adesanya lifting his shirt after he jumped into the compound, evidently as a way to indicate to agents that he was not armed. He is also shown kicking and punching one of the security dogs that attacked him.

PSquare’s Peter Okoye Falls Off On Stage In Namibia Rushed To Hospital

Nigerian Music sensation, PSquare are currently in Namibia for their “Double Trouble” tour which kicked off on September 27.

During one of their highly energetic performances one of the twins, Peter Okoye, fell off the stage and was immediately taken to the hospital for medical attention.

News concerning his unexpected fall was shared on his Instagram page.

I fell off on stage and it wasn’t funny… Like we said “keep your head up high and standing tall…
